Inspiring creativity, Victoria Wharf is distinctively different– this was the tagline for a commercial real estate brochure and related marketing collateral developed to appeal directly to those working in the creative industries such as architecture, design, technology and marketing.
The brief was to develop a suite of marketing collateral to accurately and articulately represent the product and offering within budget to the target market. I selected an agency to partner with to develop my vision of creating a brochure that would resemble a photo album that details the history of the building , thereby resonating directly to the target market. A suite of carefully curated marketing collateral combined with a complimentary sales & marketing campaign resulted in a 70% increase in uptake of the building, thereby resulting in a net income gain of £1.2M per year.
