I wake up at 5.30am but don’t get out of bed until 6.30am. That’s an entire hour wasted. I do this about 3 times a week. That’s 156 hours over an entire year. I that’s a lot of wasted time. That time could be spent becoming an expert on an entirely new subject, becoming proficient in another foreign language and more. Resolution, if I set my alarm to wake me up at 5.30am, then damn it, I’ll wake up at 5.30am.
